Check-in is listed from 00:00 to 23:30, and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Arriving very late? Tick “Arriving late” in your enquiry so we know.
Is breakfast included?
We don’t serve breakfast, but the cafés and markets of central Siem Reap are a short walk away.
Is there a pool?
No, there’s no pool, but there’s a garden to relax in.
Can you pick me up from the airport?
Yes. Pick-up and drop-off at Siem Reap–Angkor International Airport (about 47 km by road) are available for an extra charge. Send us your flight details and we’ll arrange it.
Can you help with tours and activities?
Yes. We work with the wake park, floating village trips, Angkor Wat visits and bike tours, and we’ll help you find any other activity you’d like. For an extra charge, one of us can come along to translate, including for your guide at the temples.
Is my room cleaned every day?
Whenever you’d like. Cleaning is free every day; just ask.
What if something goes wrong?
You can reach us 24 hours a day for emergencies and anything important. Help in an emergency is always free.
How does the key card work?
The power in your room runs on a key card. When you go out for a while, take it out and keep it with you, or leave it at reception.
What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the room and how you booked. Message us with your dates and we’ll explain the terms before you confirm.
